You have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo team as a Sales Development Representative. Would you like to be part of a fun, innovative and passionate market leader that operates in over 200 countries? PepsiCo UK is home to some of the world's most loved food and drink products. Making everyday favourites like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers and Monster Munch, to name a few! We have a fantastic reputation for developing and launching products that our consumers love.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own territory which will consist of over 120 stores visiting around 10 – 15 per day.
  • Work independently each day and think on your feet.
  • Provide bespoke service to customers, advising them on best sellers and upcoming offers.
  • Deliver individual KPIs while being part of a supportive team.
  • Carry out cash and carry visits to collect stock.
  • Plan your day ahead using your call file.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Full, manual UK driving license.
  • Selling skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Time management.
  • A positive and persuasive attitude towards work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of working to targets.
