We have an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo as a Sales Development Representative, focusing on the Walkers brand.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own territory consisting of over 120 grocery stores, visiting 10–15 stores per day, working independently and self‑motivated.
  • You will advise customers on best‑selling products, upcoming offers and share the brand’s passion with them.
  • Deliver individual KPIs and collaborate with the team; you will be designated a Champion area and help the team maximise opportunities.
  • Cash‑and‑carry visits to collect stock at Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
  • Plan your day using your call file to ensure each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
  • Create, grow, and maintain a personal portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for the team.
