We have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo team as a Sales Development Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Operate under the Walkers brand, managing a territory of over 120 stores, visiting 10–15 stores per day, working independently with strong time‑management skills.
  • Provide bespoke service to each customer, advising on best‑selling products, upcoming offers, and promoting brand passion.
  • Achieve individual KPIs and serve as a Champion delegate, supporting teammates and helping them maximise opportunities.
  • Collect stock from Booker St Austell and plan your call file to ensure each store benefits.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for the team.

Qualifications:
