With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester. Quaker is one of the leading brands in the cereal category and played a key role in making oats a much-loved breakfast choice. Since its founding in 1877, the brand has been rooted in the belief that access to good nutrition should never be limited by circumstance.

The Marketing Manager will lead delivery of the growth agenda for the core Quaker Oats business, including portfolio strategy, renovation, innovation, and communications. The role will also lead the development of the commercial strategy from a marketing perspective, partnering closely with Insights, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to deliver a compelling, consumer-led portfolio and maximise in-market effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Quaker, this role will manage one direct report at Brand Manager level.

  • Develop and execute integrated ATL and BTL communications strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Act as the key marketing partner to Commercial and Sales teams to develop and deliver annual customer and category plans.
  • Lead and develop the wider marketing team to strengthen brand tracking, consumer understanding, and performance benchmarking.
  • Lead, coach, and develop one direct report, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
