The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process aims to transform business decision making that will result in profitable and sustainable growth balancing strategic, financial and operational objectives.

It is a cross-functional, rolling planning process integrating product, marketing, sales, supply chain, partner and financial plans into one aligned plan for the business through a global standard.

It is action-oriented and focused on the business across weekly Sales & Operations Execution (i S&OE), Period Sales & Operations Planning (i S&OP), and Yearly Strategic Planning

Change & Learning in IBP

The Change & Learning Team is accountable for ensuring our local market teams understand what IBP means for them at a market, functional and individual level and are equipped to adopt the technology, process and ways of working changes.

The Change & Learning team’s focus is on assessing, planning for and readying local market teams with respect to stakeholder communication and engagement, capturing and sharing change impacts and training.

Local Change & Learning will partner with Global and Deployment Change & Learning team members to ensure Global tools and templates are appropriately localised and learnings are shared between deployments.

  • Main Purpose

The Change & Learning Support role is a project-based coordination role working as part of the local IBP Change & Learning/Project team with a focus on Market deployment.

This role supports the Market Change & Learning Lead to adapt and localise the Global IBP Change & Learning toolkits, building and deploying detailed communication, engagement & training plans and materials to manage the Global IBP process change across the Market, ensuring a smooth transition from current ways of working to the new Global IBP design.

This role will coordinate engagement and training events, supporting resource tracking, and course to user mapping ensuring the right people are prepared for and present at the right training events.

This role will also play an active part in the engagement of local change network (inc SMEs) to fine tune engagement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Market Change & Learning Lead to develop local overall change management plan to ensure realistic and deliverable, as well as sustainable post go live
  • Support the refinement of Global communication and engagement materials as required, ensuring stakeholder alignment to change impact assessments and communications by function
  • Engages with communication team and partners on the interlinks between change and communication
  • Support the management of local change network to optimise transition to adoption and ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Provides insight and analysis to Market Change & Learning Lead where areas for improvement / capability gaps and other people related issues are identified through change processes, to potentially feed into project risks register and mitigate risks
  • Supports Change & Learning Lead to manage change curve during implementation and provides feedback to support contingency plans as needed to improve engagement/support
  • Reviews and documents learnings related to change management for future markets
  • Ensures systems, processes and practices reinforce the Pepsi Co Values and Policies
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) in their involvement of specific change activities, coaching and advising and enabling leaders to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.
  • Work with the Change & Learning Lead & the Global/Europe Learning Lead to organise and schedule all the training events and ensure attendance.

Work closely with the Project to ensure the User to course mapping is accurate and we have the right people attending the right courses.

  • Support the Change & Learning Lead & Global/Europe Learning Lead on tracking of completion of courses and Badges to drive 100% attendance
  • Support the Change & Learning Lead & Deployment Lead with the resource tracking to make sure we understand the requirements of the Market and the time required
  • Support the Change & Learning Lead and Global/Europe Learning Lead on all communications regarding training to ensure clear guidance on what and when people will be trained, and also follow up comms to ensure access to relevant material

Qualifications

  • Experience of partnering and/or executing organisational change across functions
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into change actions
  • Evidence of understanding and delivering change strategy from beginning to end of projects/initiative
  • Stakeholder management, working with ambiguity, navigating in a complex structure
  • Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
  • Good facilitation, organisation and co-ordination skills with ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Understanding of the complexity of dealing with multiple stakeholders and the importance of leadership support
