As VP Commercial, you will shape and execute the commercial strategy for one of PepsiCo’s most strategically significant markets. This pivotal Executive role is central to driving sustainable, profitable growth by leading end-to-end commercial planning, customer development, digital transformation, and commercial capability building. You will have significant visibility and impact across the broader EMEA region, influencing at the highest levels and delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and deliver a forward-looking commercial strategy aligned with enterprise goals, leveraging data, insights and innovation to unlock growth across multiple channels.
- Executive Influence: Build and nurture senior-level customer and industry relationships to shape the external environment and forge key strategic partnerships.
- Enterprise Collaboration: Drive integrated commercial outcomes by working collaboratively across functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, RGM) and across EMEA.
- Sales Delivery & Growth: Accountable for delivering £1.3bn+ in sales and achieving growth and share targets for the UKI Operating Unit (OU).
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers to ensure resilience and growth opportunities in a complex and competitive environment.
- Talent Development: Inspire and develop high-performing teams, coach future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead the vision for Commercial in our next chapter in line with future design, focusing on digital, omni-channel, and FoodCo capabilities.
- Executive Governance: Deputise for the GM at key global and sector forums, collaborating with senior leaders to run the UKI business effectively.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in senior commercial and strategic leadership roles within FMCG or similar sectors in the UK and/or large international markets.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale revenue targets and market share growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at global and region levels in a complex matrix environment.
- Highly analytical, motivated, and decisive thought leader with excellent transformational and inspirational leadership skills.
