With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester. At the end of 2025 we will move our UK office to a vibrant new Reading town centre location, just minutes from Reading train station.
Join us in a pivotal role where you’ll drive a transformational Away From Home growth agenda across our Snacks and Grains UK business, contributing to doubling the UK AFH business over the next 2-5 years. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and accelerate key strategic AFH projects; embedded in the AFH team, as a pivotal intersection between Commercial account teams, omni-channel Marketing & Brand. Project Acceleration will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure flawless execution of priority initiatives, and play a critical role in bringing commercial and brand strategies to life across key channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project plans for key AFH projects e.g. Picture of Success.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Commercial, Brand, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment to deliverables.
- Manage and scope vendor and agency interactions (if applicable), ensuring production, quality, and delivery deadlines are met.
- Support the deployment/implementation phase of projects, identifying efficiencies and standardizing best practices to scale programs effectively.
- Work with Sales teams to track Commercial business cases.
- Own project management tools e.g. assigning actions, maintain risks, issues and blockers.
- Govern the project requests in line with priorities and commercial plans.
