Working Hours

• Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.
• 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
• 12-hour shifts.

• Operate the equipment in your area, keeping the line running smoothly.
• Keep machines runningefficientlywith regular checks and basic maintenance.
• Spot and report safety concerns.
• Log issues and help solve them.
• Switch equipment between products or batches.
• Hand over informationtothe next shift.

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Ability to check equipment for defects and replace the basic parts.
• Problem-solving skills (like fixing a minor machine issue).
• Attention to safety.
• Good communicationskills.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual salary:36,243.04(including a 23.5% shift premium).
