Working Hours
- Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.
- 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
- 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate the equipment in your area, keeping the line running smoothly.
- Keep machines runningefficientlywith regular checks and basic maintenance.
- Spot and report safety concerns.
- Log issues and help solve them.
- Switch equipment between products or batches.
- Hand over informationtothe next shift.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a production environment.
