Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly new business productivity measures.
  • Meet Acquisition Targets, Order Revenue Targets, and Retention Goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert independent and group prospects into customers.
  • Plan and organize your time effectively to drive results and efficiency.
  • Use CRM system to record visits, customer interactions, and orders.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and develop commercial agreements with key customers.
  • Collaborate proactively with the Field Sales Manager (FSM) and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Visit targets to cold call and introduce Pipers Crisps, promoting the Direct Delivery Model.
  • Monitor competitor and wholesale activity, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Attend trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
  • Implement and review new marketing initiatives.
