Overview
Role is subject to consultation
Salary: £36 026,17 per annum, including shift allowance (subject to consultation, this rate may increase by 3% from October 2025)
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (e.g. 4 on, 4 off) working 12 hour shifts which includes working weekends, bank holidays and nightshifts.

What you’ll be doing:
As a PMO Process/Packing Machine Operator (PMO) at PepsiCo, you keep the line running and performance strong. You operate the equipment in your area, follow operational processes, and work closely with your shift team. Any issues or defects you find should be rectified or escalated to the corresponding team member to support.

Responsibilities
What we expect from you as a PMO, and is not limited to:
- Adhere to standards to achieve line performance: safety, operating and maintaining equipment and line quality checks
- Proactively work to improve safety, for example raising and helping to resolve near misses
- Owns the execution of basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspection and lubrication, as part of an autonomous maintenance system
- Can identify and log Issues/defects on their equipment using the appropriate systems
- Own change over on their equipment autonomously
- Adhere to escalation process for any unresolved issues during their shift
- Handover information to next shift
- Share knowledge, coach and support colleagues
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by proactively participating in everyday problem solving

- Be great at spotting and solving problems with production or equipment.
- Take ownership of your work and aren’t afraid to dive into tough challenges
