Join PepsiCo as a National Account Manager – New Business (Away From Home Channel) on a 12 month fixed term contract.
We’re looking for an ambitious and dynamic National Account Manager (NAM) to help drive new business growth within our Away From Home channel. Your energy and passion will support our mission to grow sales and expand distribution across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships across a wide range of customers—including those in travel, leisure, and recreation—and ensure our brands deliver strong, profitable results for both PepsiCo and our partners.The Away From Home channel plays a vital role in our business strategy, offering the chance to work across a wide variety of accounts and collaborate with internal teams to make a real impact.
At PepsiCo UK, we’re proud to make some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester. At the end of 2025 we will move our UK office to a vibrant new Reading town centre location, just minutes from Reading train station.

Responsibilities
- Deliver new national account wins across the Away From Home channel.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities that drive revenue and profit.
- Implement a targeted lead generation strategy to convert prospects into partners.
- Manage the full end-to-end new business process—from prospecting through to trading agreements.
- Build and nurture industry networks to unlock future opportunities.
- Balance the onboarding of new accounts with continued business development.
- Engage with at least one strategic “lighthouse” account to develop long-term value.
- Supporting controller on PepsiCo’s broader strategy and commercial processes.
