Overview
In this role you will consolidate and report Operational KPIs for the site, acting as the bridge between Operations Metrics and Site Finance. You will focus on labour, raw materials, MOH, and SPARK activities to support performance discussions and decision making. The position offers visibility across lines and stakeholders, enabling you to influence site efficiency and financial understanding. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements and reporting quality.

Responsibilities
- Labor analysis: obtain and consolidate daily labour data from lines and RCLs, share with Senior Ops Managers, ensure alignment with Daily Direction Setting
- Raw Materials: support deep dives, run weekly Raw Materials variance reports (MVR) and link talks to site performance for Finance
- Manufacturing Over Heads (MOH): settle engineering orders, manage consumables reporting, discuss with site
- SPARK: attend weekly Direction Setting (one line per week) and complete two Clean Inspect and Lubricate (CILs) per week (one per site)
- Provide ad hoc labour deep dives and act as liaison between site and Finance Support Team (ICC)
- Link operational metrics to financial reporting to support site performance reviews
Key requirements
- Experience within Manufacturing environment
- SAP knowledge
- Understanding of Manufacturing processes and their financial implications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
