Working Hours
Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts. 12‑hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate the equipment in your area, keeping the line running smoothly.
- Keep machines running efficiently with regular checks and basic maintenance.
- Spot and report safety concerns.
- Log issues and help solve them.
- Switch equipment between products or batches.
- Hand over information to the next shift.
