We are looking for skilled electricians who can keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. Your work will help ensure our production lines operate at their best every day, helping us produce one of the UK's favourite snacks - Walkers crisps!
Continental shift pattern: 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
~12-hour shifts: This will rotate between days (07:00-19:00) and nights (19:00-7:00). Includes weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide feedback to planners and leadership to help optimise schedules, frequency, and parts planning.
- Train the autonomous maintenance team on equipment knowledge, basic Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routine and fault diagnostics.
- Promote and maintain strong 5S standards across the plant.
Requirements:
- Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
- A sense of ownership for safety, quality, and performance.
