What You'll Get Up To
This is an exciting opportunity to join GB’s largest carbonated soft drink brand - Pepsi Max! You’ll be joining the Marketing Team at an exciting phase of the brand’s development, with an opportunity to lead breakthrough marketing plans within some really exciting Customers. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver year round activation of our brand occasions across the Away From Home Channel (AFH). All the while you will need to keep the consumer at the heart of all you do whilst ensuring we are building the strongest commercial opportunities for the brand to grow and expand its footprint. You will need to be entrepreneurial and good at working with multiple stakeholders to ensure we are successful. The role reports into the UK AFH Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Working with MM to deliver Pepsi Beverages core brand activations, leveraging brand assets to create impactful AFH activations across media, digital and POS for key AFH sub-channels.
- Work with commercial teams in PepsiCo and Carlsberg Britvic to create total Beverage Portfolio Marketing activations to win with customers in both AFH and Aggregators / eComm.
- Work directly with key AFH Partners, Yum Group, Cineworld, Vue to create and execute channel plans that integrate into Pepsi Max brand plans.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting brand plans and selling stories.
- Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations & campaigns.
- Experience of working within a matrix organisation.
- Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content.
- Strong track record of taking business projects from concept to delivery.
- Engaging and exciting sales behind our plans.
- Budget Management experience.
