Position Summary
Reports to: Reliability Manager
Working Hours: Total 42 hours across days per week – 3 x 12 hour day shift (06:00 – 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 – 13:00.
Salary & Benefits:
• Annual Salary: £46,792 per annum
• Quarterly Incentive: Earn between £1,400 to £3,200 annually, if KPI’s for the site team are met/smashed.
• Overtime: Overtime may be available.
• Relocation: Relocation package may be available if criteria is met.
