Position Summary
Reports to: Reliability Manager
Working Hours: Total 42 hours across days per week β 3 x 12 hour day shift (06:00 β 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 β 13:00.
Salary & Benefits:
β’ Annual Salary: Β£46,792 per annum
β’ Quarterly Incentive: Earn between Β£1,400 to Β£3,200 annually, if KPIβs for the site team are met/smashed.
β’ Overtime: Overtime may be available.
β’ Relocation: Relocation package may be available if criteria is met.
β’ Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be available if criteria is met.
