PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Manufacturing Senior Supervisor to join our Operations team in Little Island on a specified purpose contract basis. The role is based in Little Island plant which is a critical component in our Concentrate manufacturing network. Operations is at the centre of everything we do, this is where our food and beverages come to life and is the start of the journey to getting our product in the hands of our consumers. That's why we need dedicated individuals who share our commitment to the fundamentals of our business in safety, quality, service and efficiency.

This site has seen more than $100 million investment in the last 3 years. The site and site team has a proven track record of aggressive growth and expansion based on our excellent record of safety, quality and volume delivery.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient operation of all manufacturing activities within the respective department shift team in Little Island.
- Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse team to deliver excellent results across all metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost.
- Use all data available to review performance, assign actions to events and ensure follow up to those actions across the department on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
- Engage in cross functional projects and project teams to deliver best in class results for the business across people, process and technology.
- Ensure compliance of all manufacturing related activities within company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- 6+ years post qualification experience of working within a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment leading a team.
- Relevant Third level qualification or technical equivalent.
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross functional environment.
- Proven track record of delivery through teams in a dynamic, high paced work environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing cost, quality, safety and service improvement initiatives.
- Proven positive influence on team culture and ability to coach others.
