We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to operate under our Walkers brand. You will manage your own territory, consisting of over 120 stores, visiting 10‑15 per day. The role requires working independently each day, thinking on your feet, and being self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate independently within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct cash and carry visits to collect stock from bookers in the Telford/Stafford/Wolverhampton area.
  • Plan your day ahead using your call file, ensuring each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service to them.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio of customers.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for the team you work with.
