As a Walkers Wholesale Development Representative, you will drive sales, distribution, and visibility of Walkers products within your assigned wholesale territory, building strong relationships with wholesale depot teams, independent retailers, and key decision‑makers.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to drive incremental sales through depot display and active selling.
- Build strong relationships with depot managers, buyers, operations teams, and retailers; act as the Walkers representative, ensuring collaboration and partnership with head office agreements.
- Ensure all promotional activity is implemented correctly, on time, and in the correct location and product availability; maximise brand visibility through merchandising, point‑of‑sale materials, and secondary sitings; conduct regular audits for planogram and range compliance.
- Create and follow structured call cycles and frequency across regional wholesale depots; present depot performance to depot management using internal reports; identify growth opportunities; provide feedback to the Sales Manager.
