Lead and manage the end-to-end project plans for key AFH projects e.g. Picture of Success. Serve as the central point of coordination between Commercial, Brand, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment to deliverables. Manage and scope vendor and agency interactions (if applicable), ensuring production, quality, and delivery deadlines are met. Support the deployment/implementation phase of projects, identifying efficiencies and standardizing best practices to scale programs effectively. Work with Sales teams to track Commercial business cases. Own project management tools e.g. assigning actions, maintain risks, issues and blockers. Govern the project requests in line with priorities and commercial plans.

Communication: Communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into actionable insights.

Project Acceleration will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure flawless execution of priority initiatives, and play a critical role in bringing commercial and brand strategies to life across key channels.
