Overview

Responsibilities
- Support the Engagement Coordinator on aspects of the Employee Forum Calendar of events designed to elevate our employees\’ experience and promote cultural change
- Support on organisational change / projects impacting people or employee engagement
- Support tracking, analytics and talent metrics, to monitor ROI, impact of initiatives, and specific targets
- Support and coach managers on Employee Relations and HR related issues
- Support on several core HR people planning processes, including Talent Review, Performance Management process, Organisational Health (OHS) etc
- Support on continuous improvement in the HR space within functions, including but not limited to Culture, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning and Development
- Students currently in their penultimate year of university studies, where the course includes the option of completing a sandwich placement before returning to study after the placement
- Following path to a degree in Human Resource Management or closely related disciplines
- An intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge accepted ways of doing things
