Powerforce is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the “Away From Home” channel for PepsiCo, covering Contract Catering, Leisure, Sport, and Multi‑Site customers. You’ll help PepsiCo create “more smiles with every bite” through the Snacks and Grains portfolio by building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys healthy challenges, spots opportunities others miss, and brings energy and determination to every conversation. The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across the Away From Home channel to drive sales through increased visibility and distribution.
  • Unlock Growth: Identify and secure new business while growing existing partnerships through insightful, needs‑based questioning.
  • Execute Strategy: Deliver commercially focused recommendations and activate promotional activities and new product launches.
  • Influence with Data: Use data and insights to influence customer decision‑making and support overall category growth.
  • Manage Your Territory: Balance prospecting with accurate reporting and digital record‑keeping to ensure effective territory coverage.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
