The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.
As an integral part of the UK Sales team, you'll take ownership of our Walkers, Pipers and Quaker agenda across the Export Channel. You will own the customer P&L and forecasting, focus on developing and building the relationship with the customer including developing the joint business plan and execution plan, whilst building strong internal and external networks. You will seek new business opportunities as well as further our relationships with existing customers to drive profitable growth. This is a great opportunity if you have a passion for building customer relationships and driving our joint business forward. The key to this role is being able to network and influence others in order to bring them on board with your ideas. You'll have very strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of customers, internal partners & stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for full ownership of PepsiCo's Walkers, Pipers and Quaker business within the export channel.
- Achieve business commercial objectives.
- Manage external customer relationships with key trading contacts to Senior Buyer Level.
- Build Joint Business Plans to deliver mutual PepsiCo and customer growth.
- Key part of customer team – delivering positive team dynamic and showing role model behaviour.
- Manage an internal matrix of Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, Category Management teams.
- Manage 1 direct report.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, including past experience of account ownership.
- Experience of Export Sales and understanding of INCOTERMS and shipping requirements.
- Proven commercial and analytical ability in order to manage both the operational and strategic agendas.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and strategic/contractual level.
- A customer‑centric and innovative approach.
