At Soda Stream, part of Pepsi Co, we're looking for an Innovation & Portfolio Specialist to support portfolio management, innovation execution, and business partnership activities within our Global Marketing Innovation team.
In this role, you will help drive innovation initiatives from early-stage concept development through execution, while supporting portfolio optimization and strategic business projects.
Acting as a key coordinator across Innovation, R&D, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Category, Finance, and external partners, you will help ensure projects move forward efficiently and that business decisions are supported by accurate data and market insights.

Responsibilities (English)
- Support the Innovation team throughout the innovation lifecycle by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, following up on actions, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market, consumer, and competitor insights to support innovation roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and business opportunities.
- Support portfolio management activities by maintaining product databases, portfolio tools, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
- Prepare portfolio performance analyses, business updates, and management reports by consolidating data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Category teams to facilitate successful execution of innovation and NPI programs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of long-term innovation plans by supporting business cases, product evaluations, and project documentation
Qualifications (English)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, innovation, portfolio management, marketing operations, business analysis, or a related function.
- Consumer-centric mindset, with a deep passion to understand consumer behavior
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, portfolio management, innovation processes, or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
