Responsibilities:
- Manage your own territory consisting of over 120 stores, visiting around 10 – 15 per day.
- Work independently each day and think on your feet; self-motivation and great time management skills are essential.
- Provide bespoke service to customers, advising them on best sellers and upcoming offers.
- Deliver individual KPIs while being part of a supportive team.
- Carry out cash and carry visits to collect stock.
- Plan your day ahead using your call file to ensure each store benefits from your visit.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
- Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
- Champion an aspect of the role for the team.
Qualifications:
- Full, manual UK driving license.
- Selling skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Relationship building.
