We are recruiting for a Supply Implant to support our joint supply chain initiatives with one of our key customers. You will be a service specialist who will elevate customer experience by developing joint supply chain business plans and addressing service impact areas. The role will require full portfolio management of all Walkers & Quaker listed products with Asda. You will act as first point of contact for PepsiCo supply chain, by developing and maintaining trusted relationships, as well as owning all E2E demand and fulfillment requirements through the use of their in house systems. This position requires regular on-site attendance at the Asda House office in Leeds, with a minimum expectation of three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Maximising in-store availability, aligning inbound service (OTIF), and optimizing in-stock holding to target.
- Owning the order fulfillment measure (OTIF) between PepsiCo & customer systems.
- Identifying variances, driving improvements & aiming to harmonize to one true read.
- Managing and owning the baseline and promotional forecasts for all products within the agreed periodic promotional calendar.
- Resolving failed deliveries, addressing risks to promotions & feedback to key stakeholders, as well as managing inventory replenishment systems.
- Using in-house customer tools such as Retail Link & Blue Yonder to analyze sales trends for improved demand forecasting and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (Collaboration Manager, Commercial, Field Teams) as well as external stockholders within supply & commercial functions.
- Supporting the Customer Collaboration lead on JSP (30/60/90) meetings across Supply Chain/Demand Planning & commercial teams.
- Assisting the Collaboration Manager in landing key business projects assigned to drive improved order & delivery efficiencies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies & ways of working between both businesses.
- Identify and balancing the needs of both businesses is critical to ensure relationships & trust are maintained.
The role will require a minimum of 3 x days a week in the Asda House office.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence to work independently & make the right decisions for both business needs.
- Work cross functionally, acquire information necessary to maintain and improve strong forecast accuracy.
- Proficiency in Retail Link & Blue Yonder systems is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer’s needs and provide solutions.
- A strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.
