Responsibilities

  • Manage your own territory of over 120 stores, visiting 10–15 per day, delivering tailored service to each customer.
  • Work independently and think on your feet, relying on your self‑motivation and great time‑management skills.
  • Assist your team by delivering individual KPIs and acting as the Champion of a designated area, sharing expertise and helping others maximise opportunities.
  • Cash and carry visits to collect stock in Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
  • Plan your day ahead using your call file, ensuring that each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for your team.

Qualifications

  • Full, manual UK driving licence.
