The Opportunity
Want to change the way the world drinks?
We're looking for a commercially driven DTC Lead to own and accelerate the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel across the Benelux and Nordics.
This is a key growth driver for the business, responsible for defining the DTC commercial strategy and leading the AOP, promotional planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics and cross-market performance agenda across six DTC stores.
As part of the Northern Europe DTC hub in London, you will work closely with the UK&I DTC Lead to lift and shift proven best practices into the Benelux and Nordics, building a more consistent, scalable cluster model.
You will partner closely with Marketing, who own the specialist activation capabilities (performance media, content, CRM and creative and site execution), briefing them at a commercial level so the channel is brought to life consistently across markets.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for the Benelux & Nordics DTC channel across acquisition, retention and value growth.
- Build and execute the DTC proposition, product assortment, pricing and promotional strategy.
- Own the DTC P&L, delivering against revenue, conversion, margin, AOV, retention and CLTV targets.
- Lead AOP planning, forecasting, target setting and promotional calendar management.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and implement actions to optimise results.
- Translate consumer, behavioural and commercial insights into actionable growth plans.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and performance reporting using Shopify, GA4 and internal tools.
- Act as the commercial owner of the Benelux & Nordics Shopify storefronts and site development roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Care and Operations to deliver a seamless end-to-end consumer experience.
- Drive scalability, cross-market consistency and a test-and-learn culture across six markets.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, proactively solving problems and adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or DTC roles, ideally within FMCG, consumer electronics or fast-paced consumer environments.
- Proven track record of owning a DTC or digital channel P&L and delivering commercial KPIs.
- Strong experience in forecasting, AOP planning, promotional strategy and performance management.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Care teams.
- Experience operating across multiple markets and driving scalable solutions.
- Commercially minded, customer-focused and results-driven.
- Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Agile, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a changing environment.
