PepsiCo is looking for a SRDC Shunter Driver to join our Walkers site in SRDC-Leicester. This is a part time position, working 21 hours/week.

A SRDC potato shunter is a vital role to the manufacturing process. The role is vital to ensure a smooth flow of trailers on and off the intake bays to manufacturing. Using the SRDC shunt units, the role will require traveling a short distance to other PepsiCo sites to collect and drop off trailers.

Working Hours: Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Alternating days and nights. 12 hour shifts.
Location: Leicester SRDC-GBR, Bursom Road Walkers Snacks Distribution Ltd Leicester LE4 1EXResponsibilities:
- Ensure KPIs are delivered.
- Ensure that all standards - safety, hygiene, service and productivity KPIs - are being maintained.
- Support the safety programme through the Near Miss programme.
- Ensuring punctual trailer flow on and off the potato intake bays.
- Able to identify service risks and act accordingly.
- HGV1 license (due to H&S/legal requirements for driving on the external road)
- Bags of energy with a drive and interest for personal results.
- Be a strong team player & contribute to improving the team results.
- A proven record of high personal performance and high safety standards.
- A high quality focus demonstrated at all times.
- An excellent attendance & reliability record.
- A flexible approach with the ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise tasks.
