- Identify and deliver growth opportunities across channels, customers, distributors and routes to market.
- Optimise territory design, customer coverage and field-force deployment to improve productivity and execution.
3. Capability & Execution Excellence

- Lead implementation of new GTM initiatives and build market capabilities through training, coaching and best‑practice sharing.
4. Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor GTM performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer coverage, execution quality, sales productivity and cost-to-serve.
- Use data and market insights to prioritise actions, measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the cluster.
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in the role will be demonstrated through:
- GTM execution: improved customer coverage, call effectiveness and in-market execution.

- Channel growth: successful expansion into priority and emerging channels and delivery of incremental customer and sales opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: measurable improvements driven by data, market insight and sharing of best practice.
Qualifications
You will bring significant experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence or Go-To-Market within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced, customer-led environment.
You are likely to have:
- 8–10 years' relevant commercial experience, with strong exposure to field sales and in-market execution.
- Proven expertise in route-to-market strategy, customer coverage, territory design and salesforce productivity.
- A track record of implementing new tools, processes, capabilities and ways of working at scale.
