Overview
Position summary:
Salary: £34,917.16 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance),
Benefits: 23 days holiday (with options to buy/sell holiday), competitive pension scheme, PPE provided, staff discount shop, cycle to work scheme, subsidized canteen, long service rewards.
Working hours: 12-hour continental shifts on a 3/2 pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

About the job:
Our General Operators work across areas including Packaging, Process, Multipack, and Services. Responsibilities vary from inspection duties, manual handling, automation tasks, to housekeeping. In Packaging & Multipack, you will operate machinery, check quality, and pack products. In Services, you\’ll support the line with raw materials, quality checks, and waste segregation, including laboratory and warehouse roles.
