The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic goals related to acquisition, retention, digital initiatives, branding, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks will encompass a variety of marketing aspects, such as crafting compelling advertising campaigns, managing website content, analyzing data, engaging on social media, optimizing search marketing, coordinating events, and creating captivating content. Additionally, the Marketing Executive will provide support for administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects within the marketing department.
As our Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across European markets.
- Take ownership of the European websites, ensuring all content is of the highest standard and optimised regularly.
- Create and manage a social media calendar, taking ownership of the UK social media profiles to ensure frequent, compliant, and localised posting.
- Take responsibility for creating and briefing in marketing campaigns, keeping the Regional Marketing Manager informed while taking initiative and making strategic, commercial decisions to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve and localise website content.
- Draft and deploy campaign emails, promotional assets, and social media content.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs and coordinate with design and content teams to ensure messaging is culturally relevant and aligned with brand tone.
- Manage translations and localisation efforts with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate and support client events, sponsorships, and promotional activations.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis to inform campaign improvements.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, publishers, and agencies.
- Ensure all marketing materials meet regional compliance and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the marketing department.
About you:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or digital B2C.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet shifting deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
