The Pepperstone story started in 2010.
We know what it's like to trade the world's markets.
Our team describes us as a place for the curious and the driven, and we like to do things a little differently; as a transformative global fintech, we're digital, nimble, connected, and united in our vision to create a better way to trade.
We thrive on progress - for our clients and for ourselves.
Our organisational culture is ever-evolving, vibrant, diverse, global, and results-focused.
You'll find our 700+ team currently across 12 locations and 9 time zones.
The role
We're looking for a designer who can crack the idea, not just execute someone else's.
You'll work across static, motion and AI-generated content for campaigns running across multiple channels - taking work from a rough brief through to a finished, animated, on-brand asset.
This is a hybrid role by design: strong conceptual and visual instincts, real animation skill, and genuine fluency with AI generation tools (Higgsfield and similar) as a working part of the production process, not a novelty
As our Creative Designer, your key responsibilities will include
- Develop original creative concepts from briefs, working closely with copywriters, strategists, the wider creative team, and the regional marketing team
- Design and animate assets for social, display and other digital or printed formats - stills and motion
- Use AI image/video generation tools (Higgsfield and similar) to produce and refine campaign assets, from prompt-crafting through to final export
- Take ideas from concept and storyboard through to fully finished, channel-ready deliverables
- Keep work sharp and on-brand across several live campaigns at once
- Partner with video editors and other designers on cutdowns, sizzles and longer-form campaign films
About you
- Strong conceptual thinking - you can originate an idea, not just tidy one up
- Animation skill - confident bringing static design to life in After Effects
- Real hands-on use of AI generation tools - Higgsfield or similar (e. g. Runway, Kling), used inside an actual production workflow rather than just casual experimentation
- Proficiency across Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects
- Around 3-5 years' experience across concept, design and motion (flexible for the right portfolio)
- Right to work in the UK
- A portfolio that shows range: concept, motion and craft - not just one of the three
- Understanding of consumer mindsets and cultural nuances across the UK, Germany, and Italy, with the ability to tailor creative work to each market
- Nice to have
- 3D modelling/rendering (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar)
- Experience designing for financial services, trading or another regulated industry
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Why you will enjoy working with us
- Competitive salary structure including company bonus scheme
- Flexible and hybrid working
- Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year
- 10 days of Company paid sick leave annually
- 25 days of paid vacation
- 3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program
- Comprehensive medical insurance with coverage for your healthcare needs
- Pension fund
- Employee referral bonuses for referring top talent to the company
- Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities
- Periodic recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance and achievements
- Frequent events and celebrations
- Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture
- Employee Assistance Program & Wellbeing Initiatives
