Account Managers are the first point of contact for potential Pepperstone clients, making a vital impact right from the very first interaction. Their key mission is to convert interested leads into active accounts, assist clients with funding their accounts, and expertly guide them as they embark on their trading journey. Once trading is underway, they play a hands-on role in nurturing and managing the client relationship through this essential early stage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively manage leads
- Convert leads to traded clients
- Assist clients with funding
- Assist clients with their trade related queries
- Effectively manage relationships with existing clients
- Assist your colleagues in a team basis anyway necessary
- Always adhere to compliance requirements
- Collaborate with other key internal departments, particularly operations and support
- Suggest innovation and improvement to the customer experience where necessary
About you:
- Exceptional customer service & sales skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including negotiation processes)
- Understanding of financial markets
- Ability to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities quickly
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation

- Committed to ongoing learning and development
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar would be highly desired
- Background working in sales would be highly regarded
- Experience with trading or learning trading strategies would be highly desired
- Experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and Trading View softwares will be highly desired
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
