We’re on the lookout for a visionary and data‑savvy Mobile App Marketing Lead to spearhead our mission of acquiring, engaging, and retaining app users. In this exciting role, you’ll harness your deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO), Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google Play Store Optimization (GPSO), and comprehensive app marketing strategies to fuel growth and boost profitability. Partnering closely with dynamic teams across design, product, and content, you’ll drive the flawless execution of cutting‑edge marketing campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and drive a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy across ASO, ASA, GPSO, and other key channels
- Align marketing efforts with product, design, and content teams
- Stay current with mobile trends to maintain competitive edge
- Track KPIs for acquisition (CPI, CPA, installs), campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, reach), and retention (D1, D7, D30, churn)
- Use tools like AppsFlyer, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and AppTweak
- Integrate data into Tableau for insights
- Optimize engagement (DAU, MAU, session duration) and app performance (crash rate, load time)
- Incorporate user feedback via NPS, ratings, and reviews
- Leverage tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, and Instabug
- Grow revenue through ARPU, LTV, and monetization optimization
- Use churn prediction and segmentation for targeted retention
- Analyze revenue data in Tableau using App Store and Google Play insights
- Build and lead a collaborative, high‑performing marketing team
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize the mobile marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Allocate spend effectively across channels to hit performance goals
About you:
- Proven experience leading mobile app marketing teams, ideally in a high growth or tech‑focused organization
- Expertise in ASO, ASA, GPSO, and mobile‑specific marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision‑making
- Track record of delivering measurable growth in app installs, engagement, and revenue
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration
