Job Overview:
We have a part-time position available for a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. You will provide exceptional hair styling & friendly customer service to our clients in our relaxed & professional environment. If you are passionate about hair, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
We expect that you will :
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including barbering
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
- Carry out professional client consultations
- Build a loyal new client base along with maintaining our established clientele
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Assist in managing inventory of hair products and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Mentor and train junior stylists as required
- Collaborate with management to achieve salon targets
Qualifications:
- NVQ3 or equivalent in international Hair Styling qualifications
- At least 3 years salon experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Be adaptable and flexible when required to cover staff absence
- Ability to work to a high standard in a professional time frame
We offer competitive rates of pay based on your experience, along with an appreciation for your individual talent. We can offer weekday hours to suit and we will need at least every alternate Saturday.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
