We are looking for an Office Administrator to work with our Logistics Administrator in our office/factory in Camberley. This will be to process the paperwork for Peppers products to be shipped in the UK and overseas. This is a busy and responsible position ensuring that our goods arrive at the customer on time and with the correct documentation, licences and certificates.
Peppers products are used in the oil and gas industry to connect electrical cable to junction boxes and the products we provide are essential safety components that are governed by ATEX/IECEx certification. The role also includes other general admin tasks, daily filing of job files, answering the phone and door intercom, receiving visitors, processing order acknowledgements and updating customer details.
We have our own internal system called P-Ex where despatch and invoice paperwork are generated (training will be given) but there is extensive use of the internet to book couriers using DHL, TNT, Fedex etc so it is essential you have a good knowledge of using the internet and Word based packages.
A lot of the job involves communication through email so excellent typing skills are needed. Geographical knowledge is helpful. Ability to work under pressure and still maintain accuracy. Excellent grammar and spelling as you will be communicating directly with our customers all over the world. Good attention to detail to be able to spot errors.
