WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring an Operations Event Manager to own the day‑to‑day operational delivery of selected major projects. You will work alongside a Director or Senior Project Manager who leads client relationships, strategy and key approvals, while you take charge of the on‑the‑ground operations: building and holding the master build schedule, coordinating kit picks, updating staff rotas, locking site comms, and keeping every department aligned. You’ll provide oversight for Project & Staffing Executives assigned to your shows, and work closely with Project Managers and our on‑site Freelance Event Managers. You’re practical, detail‑driven, calm under pressure and confident leading multi‑disciplinary crews to tight timelines and budgets. You turn plans into clear briefings, keep decisions moving, and ensure every operational element is installed to spec and handed over cleanly for service.

WHO WE ARE

Today, Peppermint services over 50 events and venues every year and has developed long‑standing relationships with the likes of AEG, IMG, Cuffe and Taylor & Live Nation. Events include BST Hyde Park, Camp Bestival, Mighty Hoopla, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, All Points East, Lytham, Rewind festivals and many more. Peppermint has recently partnered with Levy UK and supports venues with premium F&B experiences – including The O2, Wembley Arena, Dreamland (Margate), The Piece Hall (Halifax) and the Johan Cruff Arena in Amsterdam. Peppermint operates the hugely popular Between The Bridges venues on the Southbank and has just opened a brand new venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park called Riverside East. Peppermint’s success has been driven by its relentless passion for its people, innovation and sustainable practices – with 20 years’ operational experience – it’s a powerful combination.
