Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, business development or technical sales
  • A strong track record of winning new business
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technical markets
  • An engineering mindset or interest in technology
  • Exposure to sensors, automation, electronics, controls, instrumentation or related products (highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • High levels of initiative, energy and self‑motivation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, accountability for results and tenacity in pursuit of opportunities
