What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK
  • Building relationships with customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Developing strategic sales plans to maximise market penetration
  • Managing and converting a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals
  • Using market intelligence and data to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with technical experts and sales colleagues to maximise success
  • Leveraging technology and AI-driven sales tools to increase effectiveness

Who We're Looking For:

You may currently be working as a:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Area Sales Manager
  • Territory Sales Manager
  • Technical Sales Engineer
  • External Sales Engineer
  • Field Sales Executive

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a field-based B2B sales role
  • A proven track record of generating and winning new business
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical markets
  • Knowledge of industrial sensing, automation, controls, instrumentation, or related technologies (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • A strategic approach to developing opportunities and growing territory sales
  • The drive and ambition to take your career to the next level
