We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a genuine hunter mentality.

Someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

Someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and make things happen.

Who We're Looking For

You may already be succeeding in a field sales, technical sales or business development role and be looking for a bigger stage on which to perform.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, business development or technical sales
  • A strong track record of winning new business
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technical markets
  • An engineering mindset or interest in technology
  • Exposure to sensors, automation, electronics, controls, instrumentation or related products (highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • High levels of initiative, energy and self-motivation

Most importantly, we're looking for attitude.
