Support Workers – Flexible Agency Shifts – Swansea, Wales

We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team of agency care & support workers across South Wales. We offer ad hoc shifts, block bookings, and longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

Pay

£12.21 – £15.50 per hour (higher rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays)

Where

Various care homes, supported living services, and community settings across South Wales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or physical disabilities
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks like meals, personal care, and household chores
  • Taking people out into the community and encouraging independence
  • Being a friendly face and a good listener

What you need:

  • Previous care/support work experience is essential
  • A kind, patient approach and the confidence to work in different environments
  • An Enhanced DBS already in place
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Minimum 3 months UK care experience
