Responsibilities:
β Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
β Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
β Supervise and engage children in play and learning experiences
β Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
β Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child\βs progress
β Maintain a clean and organized nursery space
β Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
β Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
β Knowledge of child development principles and practices
β Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
β Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
β Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
β Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
β High school diploma or equivalent (required)
β Early Childhood Education certification (preferred)
