What you will be doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing and communications activity across the full marketing mix. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver activity that supports our commercial objectives and strengthens our brand. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day execution, manage agency partners, and collaborate with our in‑house content creation team in Manila to deliver high‑quality output across all channels. In this role, you’ll play a central part in delivering impactful marketing and communications activity that drives engagement and maximises our reach across key audiences. Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Marketing Coordinators, Content Coordinators and the wider Commercial team, you’ll deliver multi‑channel campaigns and communications while managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
You will:
- Execute Intermediary (First and Second Charge) marketing plans across direct‑to‑broker channels and distribution partners.
- Deliver go‑to‑market campaigns for new and existing propositions in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Deliver best‑in‑class multi‑channel marketing activity across advertising, email, social media and content.
- Own and manage the email marketing and delivery plan.
- Work with the Digital and Content Manager to ensure Intermediary website content is accurate and compliant.
- Manage key updates and launches (product, pricing, criteria and sales communications) across broker and wider market audiences.
- Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy, working with HR and supporting colleague‑led workstreams.
- Support execution of the brand campaign across trade and FS press, digital channels, social media and event activations.
- Deliver social media marketing plans, community engagement and proactive content, including supporting paid social activity.
- Ensure external communications meet regulatory, compliance and Consumer Duty requirements, acting as a brand guardian for copy, design and creative.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking a proactive, highly capable Senior Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can deliver high-quality work while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. You will bring:
- Experience delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns, including product and pricing change communications.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills for internal and external audiences.
- Experience writing briefs, reviewing work and managing third‑party suppliers.
- Experience in Financial Services or mortgage lending (advantageous).
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self‑starter attitude, with the confidence to work independently and roll up your sleeves.
- Passion for delivering outstanding communications, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- High levels of articulation, honesty and integrity.
