What you will be doing:
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team to consistently achieve and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
- Acting as a senior leader and role model, driving engagement and maintaining high morale across locations.
- Championing a âone teamâ ethos by collaborating with other senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing team.
- Building strong relationships across departments to align with the firmâs strategy and resolve issues swiftly.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining robust risk controls.
- Promoting a culture of customer-centricity and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending and completions (specialist lending experience is advantageous).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, TCF, Consumer Duty).
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
