We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of three days to be in the office and two days at home. Our offices are based in Cardiff/London/Manchester. There may be occasional travel to our other offices.
What you will be doing
As part of the Proposition & Delivery team you will play a critical role in driving our commercial strategic objectives across 1st and 2nd charge mortgages. You’ll tackle a diverse range of complex business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, impact assessments, process mapping as well as data analysis. With your strong technical understanding, you’ll support translating complex business needs into efficient, scalable solutions, driving innovation within our operating model. In this role you will be engaging and building relationships with stakeholders and SMEs at all levels to define and shape requirements to effectively support commercial priorities. You will set and maintain high quality standards for business analysis activities and provide guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting the continuous improvement of our commercial function.

We are looking for a well‑versed and experienced Business Analyst who holds an in depth understanding of the day‑to‑day responsibilities with an efficient and effective way of working. This is a leadership role that requires somebody who is able to mentor the wider team by guiding and coaching peers on the best way to meet our commercial objectives. If you are somebody who has a strong Business Analysis skill set, is confident in collaborating at C‑suite level, can efficiently plan, gather, and document, while working in a fast‑paced environment, this role would be an excellent fit for you.
