We operate a hybrid working model, so you will benefit from both home and office working. There may be occasional travel to our other offices. This role is to be based in our London office. Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office.
What you will be doing
As a Broker Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for Pepper Money’s mortgage proposition. You’ll guide brokers through the full end-to-end process, combining your deep product knowledge with a strong grasp of systems, processes, and broker specific needs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring applications are accurately processed from submission to completion. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with brokers through regular communication, helping to educate and improve packaging performance. You’ll also liaise closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in service levels. Day-to-day, you’ll handle broker queries, conduct security calls with customers, and prepare recommendations for applications that fall outside standard lending criteria.

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in financial services, who understands the broker-lender dynamic and thrives in a target-driven environment. You’ll be confident, communicative, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for brokers and customers alike. You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience in financial services, ideally within the secured loans market
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
