- Mental health coaching to support your well-being.
- Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections.
- The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company.
- A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are.
*These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Analyze manual workflows across Communities to identify high-friction bottlenecks and prioritize automation projects.
- Develop custom scripts, AI agents, and automated workflows integrated with internal APIs and databases.
- Automate partner data feeds, categorisation, and recurring reporting packs to streamline monetisation operations.
- Prototype automated flows for Pepper Business in collaboration with Product and Sales to drive self-service capabilities.
- Implement comprehensive documentation, train non-technical end users, and evaluate adoption metrics for all shipped tools.
Your Profile: We’re looking for someone with workflow automation, AI tooling, and operational scripting experience who is dedicated to eliminating manual work and driving internal efficiency.
Technical Skills: Python, AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code), API integration, MCP servers, workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier), data mapping and normalisation.
Soft Skills: Cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, process analysis, clear communication with non-technical teams, user enablement.
Language requirements: Fluent in English; Spanish, German, French, Polish, or Dutch is a plus.
