REFINERY stores has an opportunity available for a P40 shop assistant. The main purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that the hospitability drivers are in place and thereby optimizing sales.
Qualifications
Grade 12/Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Grade 12/Equivalent
- 1 - 2 years retail experience
- Computer literate
- Communication skills – fluent in English (any other language would be beneficial)
Key Responsibilities
- Give high class customer service at all times
- Process customer merchandise through the tills
- Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value
- Ensure that all new/ replenish merchandise is on the sales floor
- Ensure that all ticketing & visual displays are in place
