About Pepe’s Food Service: Pepe’s Food Service manages the supply chain for all products used in Pepe’s stores. Currently, Pepe’s has over 265 QSR stores in the UK. All the stores are franchised. Pepe’s has opened over 135 franchised stores in the UK over the last 5 years and has plans to have over 600 stores within the next 10 years.

About the Account Manager - Pepe’s Food Service Role: Due to the growth of the number of Pepe’s stores, we are looking to increase the resources within Pepe’s Food Service, which manages the Pepe’s supply chain. This new position will join the existing Pepe’s Purchasing Manager and the Pepe’s Procurement Manager.

Job Description – key roles:

  • Supplier & Manufacturer Relationship Management:
    • Manage new and existing supplier and manufacturer accounts
    • Supply and manufacturer order processing and tracking
    • Weekly stock review of supplier accounts
    • Monthly forecasting of manufacturer accounts
    • Quarterly supplier and manufacturer account performance reviews
    • Prepare monthly reports for senior management
    • Provide holiday and sickness cover for the Pepe’s Purchasing Manager and the Pepe’s Procurement Manager

The Successful Applicant

The successful Account Manager - Pepe’s Food Service will need to have:

  • 3+ years UK Supply Chain Management experience in the QSR sector or high-volume Food & Beverages operations with multi-outlets.
  • Experience managing supplier and manufacturer relationships.
  • Experience in forecasting and analysis.
  • Ability to work closely with other members in your team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • English as first language or must be fluent in English.
